SALES LEADER

Your Responsibilities will be:

Managing our growing sales team in Hong Kong
Use relationship management techniques to develop selling opportunities and organizations within assigned partner account.
Provide status information to your manager including forecast and pipeline information.
Develop an account plan to sell to customers based on their business record.
Provide product feedback with engineering and development team to improve solutions.
Regular update with our Development team in China.

If you have skills being the leader:

Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
Ability to work collaboratively with employees within sales function and across marketing, sales operations, system engineering and product development
Experience with target account selling, solution selling and consultative sales techniques.
An aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems as well as competitive landscape.
Track record of exceeding assigned sales quotas in contiguous multiple years.

If you have qualification and experience:

Sales and marketing experiences are preferred.
Strong level of expertise in solution selling for both hardware and software
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER / ACCOUNT MANAGER / ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

To perform direct sales and account management functions
To assist customers in defining networking requirements and network designs
To provide consultancy to customers on IP-based internetworking, network security and cloud-computing solutions with help from in-house technical experts
To liaise with different teams and ensure client satisfaction consistently
To maintain client relationship with multinational clients in the relevant industry sectors as posted
To develop new prospects and expand market share

Requirements:

Should be a higher diploma holder with at least 3 years experience in sales or account servicing.
Excellent in both Chinese and English. Mandarin will be an advantage.
Self-motivated and willing to learn.
Good time management.
No sales experience and fresh graduate will consider as Account Executive.

NETWORK ENGINEER

Responsibilities:

Involve in the design, implementation and commissioning of networking projects
Work with project manager or consultant against vendors and customers closely to ensure necessary project matters
Handle fault calls, emergency call out support service is required on shift basis
Draft technical proposals and handle project documentations
Provide pre-sale support and end-user training
May work in Vladivostok

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology related discipline
At least 3-year experience in network implementations, co-ordination and operation
In-depth technical knowledge in Routing and Switching, Security and VoIP system
Hands-on experience in intermediate Routing& Switching technologies
CCNA certified, with CCNP/CCVP certification as an advantage
Self-motivated, result oriented, and good interpersonal skills
Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese/Putonghua
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Network Engineer

Pre-Sales/Solution Architect

Job description:

Conduct IT Infrastructure's technical presentations and workshops with customer's IT management and technical team
Assist customers and account teams with the definition and planning of technical strategies by leveraging with Cisco Solutions
Responsible for the strategies, planning and quality of solutions, overall bid quality and competitiveness
Build solution which fit customer's needs and requirements to achieve customer buy-in and acceptance
Present and review schematics/drawings and final solution with customers
Serve as key member of Sales Team and provide direct Pre-Sale technical support
May work in Vladivostok

Desired Skills and Experience:

Bachelor degree or above in telecommunications, electronic engineering, computer science or related discipline
5 years or above experiences on Cisco
Knowledge of EMC, Netapp, Juniper, F5, VMWare etc are preferable
Certification holders of virtualization, operating systems, server and storage platforms and network devices..etc is prefered
Candidate with enterprise service consulting/ internet service consulting background is definitely an advantage
With commitment, sense of responsibility and an open mind to learn new concepts and theories
Strong analytical reasoning and problem solving skills, self-motivated, aggressive and dedicated
With knowledge of cloud/virtualization technologies, operating systems, networking protocols, standards, hardware and web are advantage
Good communication and presentation skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Knowledge of Mandarin is an advantage
